Our Terms & Conditions
Fuel Surcharge / Levy - March 2026
A temporary fuel levy is currently applied to bookings due to significant increases in global aviation fuel prices, largely driven by ongoing conflict and instability in the Middle East affecting fuel supply and pricing.
This levy reflects increased operating costs that are outside of our control and allows us to continue delivering safe and reliable services.
The fuel levy is reviewed regularly and may be adjusted in line with market conditions. For bookings made in advance, the applicable levy may increase or decrease prior to the date of travel.
Where a material increase to the fuel levy applies after booking, guests will be notified prior to departure and given the option to proceed or cancel for a full refund.
If fuel prices stabilise or reduce significantly prior to travel, the levy will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and minimum passenger numbers required to operate the tour.
Where minimum numbers are not yet met, bookings may be placed on hold until sufficient passengers are confirmed. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
If Air Kimberley is unable to confirm or operate the tour, guests will be offered:
- a full refund; or
- an alternative date, subject to availability.
Once a tour is confirmed, Air Kimberley reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour if minimum numbers are not maintained or operational requirements change. In such cases, a full refund or alternative option will be provided.
