Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings will be confirmed once minimum numbers are met to operate the tour. If we are unable to immediately confirm your tour, the booking will be placed 'on hold' pending minimum numbers. Full payment is required at time of booking and if for some reason we are unable to confirm the tour or we do not meet minimum numbers to operate the tour, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date will be offered. Following confirmation of the tour, if for some reason the tour falls below the minimum number of 4 required to operate, the tour will be placed on hold until minimum numbers are met.
Tours and rates are based on a minimum of 4 passengers and subject to availability and/or flight loads at the time of booking. Children are classified as 3-12 years of age. Infants are classified as 0-2 years of age and may be carried free of charge on the lap of a parent. For safety and operational requirements Air Kimberley observes a maximum individual weight of 120kg per person for all scenic tours. We observe a baggage allowance of 5kg per person. Please clearly communicate any special dietary requirements or food allergies at time of booking.
Adverse weather conditions may mean that the scheduled itinerary cannot proceed as intended. If adverse weather means that you are unable to complete the full tour, then any refund will be adjusted on a pro rata basis dependent on the flying time involved. If we are unable to complete a particular tour activity, the cost of that activity will be refunded.
No refund will apply for cancellations within 48 hours of the tour departure, we suggest taking out travel insurance in the event you may have to cancel at late notice. 3-7 days prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For any cancellations prior to one week of travel, or any tour cancellations due to weather or any unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
